How do I enable daily email backups?

To enable email backups of your encrypted notes:

1. Select the Account Menu icon in the bottom left corner.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Select Backups from the left-hand side.
4. Change the Email frequency in the Email Backups box.

Daily email backups are now configured. Backup emails are sent out at approximately midnight Central Standard Time (CST is 6 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)). Note that email backups are sent only if your data has changed within the email frequency period.

You can decrypt a backup file using the offline instructions.
